LetUsNots is a mindful savings app that helps you skip impulse purchases and redirect that money into savings or investment goals. We're committed to protecting your privacy and data.

• Your name, email address, and login credentials (via Firebase Authentication)
• User-inputted data like skipped purchases, savings goals, and manually entered transaction amounts
• Linked account metadata only if you choose to connect a financial account via Plaid, including:
  • Bank/institution name
  • Account type (e.g., checking, savings)
  • Masked account number (last 4 digits)
  • Nickname or custom label (if added by you)

We do not store your financial credentials, balance data, or Plaid-accessed transaction history.

How We Use Your Data

• Track your savings and goal progress
• Provide motivational feedback and streak tracking
• Enable secure account linking and account role configuration (e.g., savings vs. spending)
• Improve the user experience with optional insights or habit-building features

How We Protect Your Data

• We use Firebase and Firestore with encrypted data storage and secure access controls.
• Financial accounts are linked securely via Plaid.
• We never see or store your financial credentials or balance data.
• You can unlink your accounts or delete your data at any time.
